What is it to eat Right? well let's be honest Food commodity brokers make more than those who grow. Growers are at war with the soil to produce high yields to satisfy a supermarket driven demand for cheap food (the same supermarkets that make billionaires of their owners)

It is clearly not working, with food prices rising, quality dropping and the steady rise in ultra-processed food. we face erosion on so many fronts.



So let's not focus on this, because it is the symptom, what then is the cause? it is us.. the consumers, without our buying habits, money would not be flowing into the wrong systems. So why do we fund practices that starve quality and equality?

Heavy question right? in a word, convenience. a word that has all the passion of word like “average” or “alright”, it screams laziness and self importance. So let me kick this out of you- you get out what you put in, in life and that will not; and has not, changed.


Cooking is simple, we invented it, it’s arguably the single most important step, that changed our lives. we have just made a mess of it. so lets go back the the basics. 8 parts of a pant, 17 flavours, 13 cooking methods and 5 key taste buds. trust your taste buds and put effort into both eating and preparing. with the UKs adult average screen time at over 3 hours, I don't but the story that you haven't enough time.


If you understand the fundamentals of cooking, it would allow you to tackle any ingredient with confidence and create dishes with balanced flavour.. because you know how to correct the mistakes. isn’t that a more impressive life skill than ordering through an app? the fundamentals are caring and common sense...
